Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail and may be required to execute & return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within 14 days of date of notification or an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing. No substitutions for prizes by winners will be allowed. Redemption of free CD's as follows: winner will be required to select up to 480 CD's from catalogs named above by 12/31/99 or CD's portion of prize will be forfeited and no additional prize awarded.
